War is itself a destructive process .The world has already experienced it, twice. The first when WWI occurred in 1913 .The second WWII broke out in 1939. (Eubank, 2004, p. 128) The former was a terrible experience and the latter even more deadly one. Germany’s invasion of Poland is considered as the main event that initiated the war which begin with the triumph of German forces and ended in the defeat of the latter. The causes of German defeat may be what so ever, one aspect to be taken into consideration is the technological advancement. Technology underwent massive modification in itself during the interwar years and still is contributing the society. The large scale research and development urged the society to utilize technology at different levels. There was much technological advancement during this era. Categorically, these advances can be divided as follows. These are weaponry, Transportation and military and strategic advances.
Weaponry
The weaponry experienced a great change during the World War II since the weapons of World War One were obsolete and outdated. They were not as accurate as the weaponry used in this war, and incapable of longer ranges while the weapons used in World War II could mark long distance areas. In World War One, the bolt action fire rifles were used by an average soldier whom had to be reloaded after every shot. In World War Two, the average soldier either carried a semi-automatic rifle or a machine gun The primitive machine guns of World War One were made more accurate, reliable and smaller in size and lighter to handle. Small explosives, such as grenades, were made more deadly and destructive… Soldiers carried high powered rifles with armor piercing bullets and bazookas, which caused terror in the enemy’s camp. This development in the weapon technology completely altered the course of warfare. At the initial stage of war, the anti-tank weapons were not up to the mark so Germany’s blitzkrieg attack of tanks surpassed the allied however, in later stage effective measures against the enemy’s tank attack, were taken into action .Now these were carried behind other vehicles. Torpedoes became more effective and rapid. These were made more reliable to target accurately and used in shallow water. The basic German flamethrower used in World War One was modified into a more destructive weapon.

The second group of advances is Transportation. It can be sub divided into few sub categories.

Land vehicles

The Jeep was the popular invention in this regard .This was the basic mode for transporting the soldiers from one area to another .The war tank was also one of the most important mode of transportation used in WWII. Tanks now were made much faster, lighter, and stronger. Tank warfare was very important in World War Two. The Germans surpassed the allied in this warfare however; they were distinctly inferior in every other aspect.

Sea vehicles

The next group of transportation is the sea vehicles. A special element in the contest between the powers, making that contest global, was the growth of naval power. The radar was an innovation in the navigation field and helpful in enemy detection. The sea power was crucial and the sea power of the allied forces were without question superior than the Germans .Naval Ships had better equipped weapons. Aircraft carriers were very effective. The Germans made an innovation to rocket propulsion, which could target long range missiles. Sonar had just been introduced also Naval technology underwent rapid modification in this era.

Aviation

The third group of technological advances is in aircrafts. Aviation is another very important aspect in this regard. There were several types of World War II aircrafts. These were fighters and bombers earlier, the Fighters in WWI, were single engine aircraft that were the most used aircraft in the war. The Bombers were small and couldn’t carry big bombs. Also, they lacked long range capabilities. The third type of aircrafts, the Commercial aircraft was relatively new at this time. The bombers were developed as the largest planes ever made until now .The engines used in the aircrafts were developed into more reliable and lighter ones. To deal with the potential health and safety hazard, the aircrafts were made lighter in weight. Aviation industry utilized the radar for the first time which proved to be highly effective in the war. Pressurized bombing was introduced in this war since it was developed for high altitude flight. The American B-29 Super fortress was the first pressurized bomber. It was the type of plane that could carry the atomic bombs. The B-29 Super fortress was a breakthrough in aviation technology.

Military and Strategic advancement

The last kind of technological advancement is military and strategic advances. Officers enjoyed better training prospects than the WWI. They had to keep themselves in touch with the technology so as to keep themselves upgraded with the technology. Radar created a huge impact in both naval and aviation industries .Last but not the least, the introduction of atomic bomb was one of the main technological advancement in this era. (Divine, 1969, p. 310). Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki were devastated and converted into cities of rubble due to this invention.

  Conclusion
Technology with its myriad of functionalities has evolved as the king maker and superior force, controlling the events during the war and post war era. The rapid pace of technological advancement is for human minds to adapt and capitalize them .Whosoever capitalizes them the best will have an edge over others. Technology isn’t worth anything until it is put into action. Technology advances of World War Two were great. These advances were very influential, not only during the war, but in the future ideas and developments of technology. Many things can be accredited to World War Two technology. These advances probably changed the outcome of World War Two, but they also changed warfare forever.

“The United States is the leader in per capita gun deaths among industrial nations. This has resulted in various gun control laws at the federal and state levels that seek to reduce crime and violence by restricting private gun ownership. Supporters of gun control would like even tighter restrictions. They face strong opposition from those trying to protect what they view as the right to own and bear firearms.

When British troops were occupying Boston in 1774, they attempted to confiscate the inhabitants’ firearms in hopes of preventing an uprising. Knowing of the British plan, the Americans hid their weapons and eventually used them to win their independence. After the war, the drafters of the U.S. Constitution recalled that having an armed populace had helped secure liberty. When the Bill of Rights was added to the Constitution, the framers stated in the Second Amendment: “”A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a Free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”" The only other country in the world that has a right-to-arms provision in its federal constitution is Mexico.

Individual-rights view

This opinion is based on the belief that the language of the Second Amendment refers specifically to a right ascribed to all Americans as individuals.

In this article I will give you a look at the Stun Master Multi-Function Rechargeable Stun Gun. I will identify its features, advantages, and disadvantages, giving you the knowledge you need to make an informed decision before purchasing.Apart from a few absolutists, proponents of the individual-rights view generally believe that some restrictions on gun ownership are allowable, such as laws preventing convicted violent criminals and known terrorists from legally purchasing and carrying weapons in the United States

Collective-rights view

This view insists that the Bill of Rights offers no compelling evidence that an individual’s right to own a gun is protected by the Constitution and that the Second Amendment applies only to the arming of militias, or “”collections”" of people involved in defending the country from outside insurgents.

Many collective-rights gun control advocates believe that owning a gun might be considered safe and acceptable under certain circumstances, such as shotguns or rifles used for regulated sporting events and licensed hunting.

Banning certain types of weapons

In September 1994, the Clinton administration passed the Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994. This federal law bans the manufacture of nineteen military-style assault weapons, copycat street models that mimic features of assault weapons, and certain high-capacity ammunition magazines that hold more than ten rounds. It also expands the federal death penalty to cover about sixty offenses, including terrorist homicides, murder of a federal law enforcement officer, large-scale drug trafficking, drive-by shootings resulting in death, and carjackings resulting in death. The law also prevents domestic abuse offenders and people under domestic abuse restraining orders from owning a gun, and it imposes greater restrictions on gun dealers and interstate firearms commerce. The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act was allowed to expire on September 13, 2004. Gun control advocates are working to re-introduce a bill that improves upon the original law.

gun violence

Despite strong and passionate arguments on both sides of the issue of gun rights, almost everyone agrees that the use of guns in violent crime is a problem in society. The two sides differ, however, on how to solve the problem. Some say that if the right to own a gun is infringed and fewer people are able to own guns for their protection, the result will be greater crime and violence. Critics of this view agree that in order to limit gun violence and make society safer, reasonable restrictions on gun ownership should be enforced on the state and federal levels.

Most supporters of the individual-rights view of the Second Amendment believe that owning a gun is a fundamental right of all law-abiding American citizens, a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Most supporters of the collective-rights view believe that owning a gun is a privilege, that certain reasonable restrictions imposed by legal means are necessary and appropriate, and this privilege is not protected by the Constitution.

Point of View 1: Second Amendment Does Not Guarantee the Individual’s Right to Bear Arms

On 15 December 1791 the Bill of Rights officially became a part of the Constitution. Few of its provisions are as controversial as the Second Amendment. A pressing question remains whether it protects the individual right to keep guns or the collective right of the people for security through a militia. The wording of the amendment is responsible for the confusion.

Gun control proponents rely upon the clause, “”a well regulated Militia,”" as necessary for the security of the states. They contend that the amendment protects only the communal right of the people to have a state military force, ostensibly for protection from the tyranny of an aggressive government. The documentary record suggests that this argument is probably the most accurate. Proponents of the collective-right argument have significant constitutional sanction for their position. The Second Amendment balanced federal power and state power over a shared responsibility for the militia.

Proponents of the unobstructed federal right to bear arms read literally, “”the right of the people to keep and bear Arms”" shall not be denied them. The advocates of the individual-rights argument cite the Second Amendment to argue that it guarantees the individual right to own guns. They suggest that guns enable citizens to protect themselves against the government and other individuals who would do them harm. There is nothing in the history of the United States that supports this theory. The federal government does not tolerate armed rebellion. The First Amendment guarantees only “”the right of the people peaceably to assemble.”" It cannot be said that the Founding Fathers intended for armed citizens to turn their guns on the state; this type of action has never been tolerated, and the United States has prosecuted rebels.

There is little real evidence that the Second Amendment was designed to protect an individual right to bear arms. American concern for safety and security has always been a communal one. Law enforcement has long been the answer for personal threats; Americans have always viewed vigilantes as loathsome. To suggest that the Second Amendment guarantees the right of every individual to own weapons of any description flies in the face of logic and fact.

COPYRIGHT 2007 The Gale Group, Inc. All rights reserved.

Point of View 2: Gun Ownership is Both a Right and a Responsibility

From the founding of the United States, when citizens were required to own guns in order to be prepared to participate in militia efforts, and after the Revolution, when they could not be expected to survive frontier life without them, Americans have seen gun ownership as an inherent right. The Second Amendment to the Constitution reinforced this right, although debate continues as to the most accurate interpretation of the amendment’s now-archaic language. “”Unlike most of the world’s people, many Americans view the possession of firearms as the norm rather than the exception,”" writes David B. Kopel.

Statistics abound on both sides of the gun-control argument: proponents of gun control argue that the thousands of children who are shot to death each year should be reason enough to outlaw guns, while proponents of gun ownership argue that most of those deaths occur during gang- or drug-related violence committed with illegal guns, and that the federal government does not adequately enforce existing laws. “”Unless they are strictly enforced, federal gun laws have little impact on crime,”" says Benjamin Kepple in Heterodoxy. “”The National Rifle Association (NRA) has shown that the best way to reduce gun violence is to prosecute felons who attempt to purchase guns. For example, federal gun laws are strictly enforced in Richmond, Virginia, with the help of the NRA’s Project EXILE program; as a result, murder rates have fallen sharply in that city. However, the Justice and Treasury departments have not acknowledged the success of Project EXILE and refuse to prosecute people whose violent felonies are revealed in background checks.”"

There is common ground between gun control advocates and detractors: Both sides want a reduction in gun-related injuries and deaths. Says Gary Rosen in Commentary, “”[a] middle ground needs to be reached on gun control … because both sides of the issue have valid arguments. Supporters of gun control point out the inadequacies of current laws in preventing the high rates of firearm fatalities. However, opponents of gun control have correctly argued that legislation has little effect on adolescent gun-related deaths and mass shootings.”" Rosen posits that the concurrent rise in private gun ownership and overall drop in crime disproves the gun-control lobby’s argument that gun ownership leads to more crime.

The idea of a “”smart gun”" that will function only for its authorized user is appealing to many, but the technology is in its infancy, and some suggest that the motivation behind it is to render all existing guns illegal, thereby disarming Americans. “”The `smart gun’ is just pie in the sky,”" says police officer and self-defense expert Massad Ayoob. “”At best, it’s an immature technology a great distance away from proving itself applicable to the guns used daily by police officers and law-abiding armed citizens. At worst, it may be the sneakiest trick yet to deprive the American public of its right to own firearms.”"

Point of View 3: Second Amendment Guarantees the Individual’s Right to Bear Arms

Those who believe that the second amendment guarantee’s an individual’s right to own guns align with classical liberalism, which relied on the moral philosophy of natural rights, whereby certain things existed outside the authority of government. Classical liberals went so far as to describe some natural rights as “”inalienable,”" meaning they could not be taken away even if a majority of citizens wished to do so. Rights also worked in concert with responsibilities, the most important of which was protecting one’s natural rights of life and property. Governments could neither touch these rights nor interfere in a person’s responsibility in protecting them. The greatest concern for most American citizens during the Founding period was limiting the power of government, not providing political institutions with the means of inculcating virtue.

Gun control advocates believe the Second Amendment protects a collective right to have weapons and confine this right to a state-sponsored militia. In short, keeping and bearing arms is inseparable from a well-regulated militia. A militia played an important role in eighteenth-century thinking, particularly with regard to republican ideology that collective-right scholars claim permeated the Founding generation. Not only did militias offer citizens the opportunity to defend their interests collectively, they allowed the American gentry to instill among their lesser neighbors a strong commitment to public order and social hierarchy. The Second Amendment, then, was one more attempt by the Founders to inculcate virtue and republicanism in the American people.

The Founders conceived the Second Amendment as a limit on the federal government’s ability to regulate individual gun ownership and to hinder the states’ abilities to muster, equip, and train their militia. By implication, rather than qualifying individuals’ right to protect themselves and their property, it encouraged the widespread ownership of weapons as well as reinforced the people’s duty to protect their interests from arbitrary government.

Evaluating Content

Articles on WiseTo Social Issues are an important tool in evaluating content. When looking at controversial material that is often in disagreement, you should:

Compare the information presented in fact-centered arguments

· Using two articles that take an opposing stance can help you to analyze information more efficiently by pinpointing on which points two authors disagree. For example, does one author in the pair offer more objective information to support a point? Are either or both arguments personal, with few facts presented? Is the issue discussed in general terms, or does the author discuss a small portion of the issue in great detail? For example, an author may discuss terrorism as an aberration that must be controlled, without mentioning a specific country or proposal.

· Another author may focus on an infamous terrorist and discuss terrorism as it relates specifically to his actions. Either tactic may distort the issue’s ramifications. Compare the information presented in vaIue-centered arguments Compare the information presented in fact-centered arguments

Compare the information presented in fact-centered arguments

· In-depth, objective examination of opposing views is most easily done with topics that rely on fact to prove their point. But many debates center on philosophical and personal values. Issues like abortion, the death penalty, and euthanasia will typically hinge more on values than on fact.

· Even though it is difficult, you can still learn to evaluate these arguments. What values does the author present as important? Which values does he/she think are irrelevant or of secondary importance? How do the authors’ values compare with those of the reader?

When judging moral arguments, ask yourself whether your personal views changed after reading the points of view. Did reading both views inform and reinforce your opinion, or did it change slightly?

It is also a fantastic skill to master, and then you can pass it to your children late on. A lot of kids will love archery, believe me. You just need to teach them how it is done. My dad taught me when I reached 14, but you can start with kids as young as 6 or 7. Once children learn the correct form, you can move on to safety and practice. Soon, they will acquire the needed knowledge to master these skills in time. To get started, you need to purchase an arrow and archery bow.

My friends enjoy archery for hunting mostly. They carry those compound bows for shooting these archery arrows made of aluminum. Not that there is anything wrong with this. What they just fail to see is another side to the archery spectrum, such as long bows and even recurves. In “Robin Hood” we see the use of wood arrows. These modern arrows made of aluminum are not the best ones in the world of archery. I, for one, still prefer arrows made of wood. To be crystal clear about it, wood does not hold up quite like the aluminum kind. It ultimately depends on your target. Aluminum arrows are best for compound shooters.

You can even make your archery arrow by yourself. This is terrific ammo, and you will end up with a sense of pride in knowing that these are made from your own hands. Begin with thefootedshaft.com. Here, I bought all the parts I needed for my archery arrow. Accessories are available too.

Generally, you will need knocks, cedar shafts, pain, fletchings, glue, tapering tool. Also, you want to buy fletching tools for gluing on to your fletchings. This seems like a tedious process at first, but it is really simple. You will get very satisfied with your own handmade arrow.

Gun ownership and conceal carry permits are touchy subjects with many people. It can cause rifts in relationships when one partner wants a gun and the other does not. However if approached in a thought-out manner, the subject of gun ownership doesn’t need to end in an argument. Here are some tips to help an apprensive spouse understand gun owneship and concealed carry handgun permits.Don’t get a concealed carry permit without telling her: The worst thing you can do is to go behind your wife’s back and get a concealed carry permit. You won’t be sleeping on the couch–you’ll be packing up and staying with a buddy for a few weeks. If you get a concealed carry permit behind her back and start carrying a gun everywhere, your wife will feel deceived and outraged when she finds out (which she will). Yes, you’re an adult and don’t need permission from your spouse to get a concealed carry permit and carry a gun, but as your companion, she deserves to know. Take her to the gun range: One of the best ways to get her familiar with firearms is to take her to the range. By handling firearms herself, she will get a firsthand look at gun operation. Many people who fear guns believe a gun will go off on its own, shooting up the whole room. After learning how a gun works, she may become less fearful of firearms. Don’t dwell on the self-defensive topic. Instead, make it a fun day of target shooting and perhaps she’ll come home from the gun range with a new hobby.Don’t be pushy: Never push the issue! Talk about guns and concealed carry with her but don’t resort to incessant pleading and nagging if she is refusing to listen. She’s an adult and you both have a right to your own opinions. If she does come around, she’ll do so on her own terms. Take it slow: This means no daily gun discussions! She isn’t going to change her beliefs overnight. Your decision to get a concealed carry permit didn’t happen on a whim and likewise, she isn’t going to robotically become pro-gun in a few hoursExplain your reasons: Getting a concealed weapons permit is a big decision. Explain to her why you want to carry a gun. Are you carrying it for family protection? Has your neighborhood had a series of break-ins? Even if you’re just expressing your right to bear arms, give detailed examples for your reasoning or she might think you’re out looking for trouble.Don’t get angry: It’s inevitable–after explaining your reasons why you want to carry a gun, your spouse is going to retort. She might reply with things such as, “You’re paranoid!” “You never were like this before!” “You must be hanging out with that dirtbag Rob again!” “It’s just another one of your silly phases.” Her responses might make you angry. You might not agree with her anti-gun beliefs, but try to respect them. Change is tough; you cannot force her into your choice. Discuss local news: This can come off as lecturing–use this tip sparingly, with extreme caution. Point out situations in which the ghastly news story would’ve turned out differently had the victim been carrying a gun. Don’t harp on the issue; she will tire from this quickly. A gentle approach is key. These tips hopefully will help you approach a nervous spouse about concealed carry and gun ownership. Even if her gun ownership views don’t align with your own, always respect her opinions and realize that she may never agree with your decision to carry a gun. Otherwise, you might find yourself sleeping on the couch!

So you want to bow hunt? You shoot regularly with your bow and are quite good at hitting targets, now you want to hunt with it. Hunting with a bow is a completely different sport than hunting with a gun. The hunter must master new skills and have even more patients to be a successful bow hunter.

One of the first things to do is find a place and carry your bow through the woods. It may sound silly but just carrying a bow through the woods is a skill in itself that needs to be learned before the hunt. Your bow will hang on everything in the woods. If you carry an arrow in the notch, it will stick in things and could easily stick into you. Many bow hunters have heard the new guy crashing about and cussing his bow on opening morning. Once you learn the art of navigating your bow through the woods, you will also hear noises the bow makes. It might rattle a bit with each step or hum with the wind; on a target range these noises would go completely unnoticed, but will drive you crazy on the hunt. Getting into woods is the best way to see how your bow is camouflaged. You will notice if something really sticks out. A test walk in the woods will give a new hunter a chance to correct anything he does not like about the bow or other gear before the hunting season.

Bow hunting seasons typically open at least a month before the gun seasons do. This means the weather will be quite different than gun season. Bow season will almost always open in warmer weather. This means the hunting clothes need to be chosen with that in mind. You really do not want to get out there to hunt and sweat the whole time. It would mean you had that much more of a scent to scare away the animals.

Bow hunting is a difficult sport in the sense that if you do not have mastery of the required skills you will make no kill. The rewards from bow hunting are some times as intangible as the peace gotten from time spent in nature, but can be as rewarding as a nice thick venison steak for dinner. Each hunter has to find out what it is he or she values about bow hunting for themselves. The skills to be a successful bow hunter can take years to learn.

A 12 Bore Double barrel shot gun is a versatile handgun. Various companbies all over the world manufacture shotguns and it is also manufactured in India by the Indian Ordinance Companies. The gun is also manufactured in India by licensed gun manufacturers in Jammu and Bihar. The shot gun needs proper care and the procedures outlined are not confined to the IOF gun, but have universal applicability for all 12 Bore shot guns.

The shot gun is the most common gun available and uses cartridges with pellets in place of bullets. Thus when fired the pellets spread out and hit a target in a small circle. The cartridges are numbered and the numbers denote the size of the pellets in the cartridge, which are made of lead. The gun is good for bird and duck shooting as well as sports.

Generally the 12 bore shot guns will have a single or double barrel. In addition the barrels may be side by side or one on top of the other. However the side by side barrel shot guns are more popular.
Safety of the Gun
The gun owner would like the weapon to give him service for at least a couple of decades. Hence its care and upkeep is important. The weapon must be periodically cleaned, oiled and stored in a dry place with a proper protective cover.

Shot guns are not good weapons for troops and their use is basically for hunting and sporting events, like skeet shooting. However as a gun owner your responsibility is to insure that the gun does not fall into the hands of children. There have been cases when this has happened and children have pressed the trigger with terrible results.
Cleaning the Gun
Regular cleaning of the gun is a mandatory requirement. Remember a gun is like a girlfriend and needs to be looked after. The first step in the cleaning process is to dismantle the gun. Before you do that, open the gun and have a look to see that the chamber has no cartridge.

The subsequent steps are really simple, but you will need some spare time to clean the gun and oil it before storage.
Dismantling
Dismantling a 12 bore is really very simple. But, before you do that it is best sit in an airy room with a table. Assemble all the ingredients that you will need to clean the weapon on the table. You will need some gun oil, patch, emery paper, cleaning wire brush with rods, a solvent and some soft cloth.

The gun can be dismantled in three simple steps. First pull the wedge that holds the barrel and the trigger mechanism. Once the wedge comes apart the barrel and the trigger mechanism will separate. Secondly assemble the pieces on and inspect them.

Screw the wire bush so that its length matches the length of the barrel. Dip the brush in gun oil and vigorously pull it through the barrels. The movement should be swift and quick. A few vigorous pulls and the barrel will shine against the reflected light of the sun.

In case there are some reddish spots that may show the onset of rust, rub them with the emery paper and then apply the gun oil.

Lastly oil the ejector, trigger mechanism and the other movable parts. Press the ejecter and the trigger to test it. Once you are satisfied re-assemble the gun and place it in a cover for storage.

If you are a fiction writer or are considering writing fantasy sometime in the near future then you will probably write something or the other regarding the medieval weapons in your fictitious world. The contemporary fiction readers are much savvy, hence when it concerns the weapons and the armor the details regarding them should not only be hundred percent accurate but they should also make sense to them when it comes to the weapons. The weaponry is mostly the main part of the story. In the respective article I am going to try and give an explanation regarding some important things about medieval weapons and how you can get them right. I will also list a few very popular kinds of weapons.
The Medieval weapons were the weapons that were used on a daily basis during the time period of the Middle Ages. The reason behind this had been that the Middle Ages had been a time that had not been very peaceful.

                Related Coverage

                 Medieval Swords

The medieval swords owe most of their development to the Roman Spatha that had been a long sword which was not much effective versus the armor (at that time there used to be very little armor). The Medieval swords had been developed over the passage of time in connection with armor and also in regards to the latest fighting techniques that had involved slashing. Medieval Armor

When one thinks of samurai, the image that comes to mind is almost certainly one of a warrior dressed in the unique armor known as O-Yoroi. This armor combined elements of plate and lacquerred lamellar, and was typically made of a combination of leather and iron. The boxy armor weighed close to sixty-five Medieval Armor Clothing

The wearing of chain mail and body armor has been an effective means of protection in combat and war for centuries. Necessary Weapon

Winter is the party season. There are lots of parties waiting for the young ladies to conquer. I guess that from the young girl to the thirty years old ladies, all the females want to be the party queen. How to be a party queen? In fact it had been very common activity to take over some other individuals land or power. They probably believed that the quickest way of gaining both wealth and power was to take it from someone else who already had it rather than struggling to make your own place! Hence the amount of war and fighting that took place over land and also regarding the power had been much staggering. There had been several castles that had been in the Middle Ages so as to protect not only the landowners but also their seats of power. The people were so used to war and fighting that they were ever prepared for it at all times.
The Knights, the foot soldiers and the archers all used different kinds of weapons and they changed these weapons and also their armor with the passage of time.
Swords were also constantly developing and being used at the beginning of the Medieval times period.
There were several crusades that took place during the respective times and the medieval weapons had been used all across the Holy Lands. The Knights Templar, the Teutonic Knights and last but not the least the Hospitallers used to fight their battles in the Holy Lands with the blessing of both their lords and their kings.
I recently became fascinated with the medieval times and my quest for knowledge regarding this time has led me to discover some very important and fascinating places, amongst which had been the place that was the main supplier of the medieval weapons and also amour. This is most definitely one sentence that I had never believed that I would ever hear myself say, let alone type it.
